STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Return & Replacement Policy
Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:
Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with bill/invoice.
Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality check.
Refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
In case the product is unavailable for replacement, refund will be initiated.
3. Exchange Rules
Only one-time exchange allowed per order.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
Used, washed, or damaged products
Items purchased during Sale/Discount offers
Personalised/custom-made items
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
If already shipped, customer must follow the return process.
6. Shipping & Pickup for Returns
Pickup service will be arranged where available.
In some cases, customers may need to self-ship the item.
Return shipping charges may be deducted if return reason is not valid.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide unboxing video in case of damage claims
Ensure correct delivery address and contact information
Review product details before purchase
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the decision of Patraam will be final.
All legal matters are subject to jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
